Crowd funding

An introduction to budgeting video:

  • it is a creative tool that helps you to create a plan to pull of your movie
  • to get the director what they want
  • you need to know the story (script) and all the details of it
  • knowing how much things cost, do your research
  • use phone calls to find out prices
  • talk whilst negotiating the price
  • you have to be flexible with your money and take away from other areas to help where its needed
  • don't forget about post-production
  • food is important not to forget
  • "you can pull of anything with anything"
  • compromise and balance between departments
