Exact structure depends on medium
Contains more detail than a project outline
Client/boss/investor to get a better idea of what the finished project will be.
 Has two specific audiences:
- production team (use it as a reference point, to keep the project on track, also the basis for all other pre-production docx.)
-Boss/investor/client
 Project outlines
Initial docx. given to key members of production team.
Includes enough detail so that the team has an idea of what they are making.
 Used as a basis for all other pre-production docx.
 Usually includes:
- details of narrative/content
-resources requirements
-budget limitations 
-timeline of production 
 SWOT analysis 
 Produced early in production to assess:
- what ideas are viable 
-what limitations the project might face in terms of resources and personnel 
-may also be produced later in pre-prod on a specific issue (eg. a location)
 To assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of your project 
 To assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats

  • Need to try hard to upmarket Spotify
  • People can use a number of different contact details to get multiple free trials

Opportunities

  • we could get songs that aren't available anywhere else on the market.
  • create a partnership with smaller artist and hugely known artist so that they will only sell their music to us.
  • the music industry is growing every day and streaming services are getting popular more all over the world. 
  • decentralising the streaming service away from big companies like Spotify and iTunes.
  • could make it cheaper
  • Another music app with the same name 
  • Many music apps offering the same thing and even more
  • Growing population of opposing sites E.g. Spotify, apple music 
  • More popular artists are less likely to be on independent smaller apps and may not want to help
  • Illegal streamers
